Thank you Dr.Clavin for saving my life!
My two previous nose jobs which I had by another plastic surgeons were a disaster because too much bone was removed from my nose.
I didn't like my original nose but a nose that was too small was infinitely worse. I tried to change it and consulted several doctors in New Your and Los Angeles, however they refused to operate on me. Also I was afraid to put anything artificial in my nose. When I met Dr.Clavin, I immediately felt I could trust him and I was lucky because he agreed to operate on me. Also his staff was extremely helpful and they showed me photos of his other patients who visited him after 5 or more years and their noses stayed perfect all the time.
Dr Clavin took cartlidge from the septum of my nose to the
bridge of my nose to make my bones look bigger and also improved the
tip and the shape of my nose. This was my third nose job. It was six years ago. I am very happy with the results and I like my new nose very much.
Since then I have done other procedures with Dr. Clavin like fat transfer
and botox and I am very happy with the results. They are better than I expected, in fact.

After 2 rhinoplasties with other doctors that did not come out right at all, and extensive research on my part that lead me to Dr. Clavin, Dr. Clavin fixed all the mistakes that the other doctor's made and I finally got the nose of my dreams-- in one procedure! In fact, Dr. Clavin is so good that despite the complications associated with my revision rhinoplasty, I was looking good enough to join my sister and mother for lunch in a restaurant just 2 days after the procedure! "Its now day 12 after upper eyes and facelift, and I have just returned from Dr. Clavins office after having the final sutures out. I am sooooo pleased its natural but has dealt with the gravity problem. "I was considering plastic surgery for the first time. I visited several surgeons among those on the ‘Best Plastic Surgeons list’, and I felt that Dr. Clavin gave me the most realistic picture of what could and could not be done for me, and why some of the procedures other surgeons suggested would not work for me. "I got asked to prove I was 21. I figured that waiter was messing with me. Then at the Armstrong Flower Nursery the clerk said I was NOT the lady on my Driver's license, that SHE was older than me. I insisted I was me and grinned like a fool to match my driver's license photo. He said, "I'm sorry, but you are more beautiful than her."
I have to hand it to you. The overall reaction is that people are calling me beautiful, kissing my hand and acting funny. I'm enjoying it. Its fun. Thank you. Weeks ago people thought I was Patricia Clarkson. Twice in recent weeks two different people mistook me for Jerry Hall, Mick Jagger's ex-wife. (I was in full make up and glamorous clothes). Dear Dr. Clavin:
"It's been a few weeks now since my rhinoplasty surgery with Dr. Clavin,and I'm very pleased with the result. It was my second rhinoplasty—the first was done by a different surgeon. I came to Dr. Clavin not at all happy with what the other surgeon had done. My nose was quite "scooped" when viewed from the side. I went to several surgeons after my first surgery, and each told me that he would use ear cartilage to lessen the scoop effect. Dr. Clavin considered this as well, but he also brainstormed other options, including using a silicone graft instead of ear cartilage. I appreciated the extra effort he made in searching for what would give me the best result, and I decided to trust my surgery to him.
We decided that a silicone graft would be the best option. Before the surgery, Dr. Clavin clearly explained the result that I could expect. The actual result exceeded my expectations, due in part, as I understand, to some innovation on Dr. Clavin's part during the surgery. My nose is much, much improved--I'm very pleased with Dr. Clavin's aesthetic sense. I'm so appreciative of his expertise, so grateful of the interest he took in my case, and so lucky that I found him!"

I consulted with several surgeons before, some felt that the refinements I was looking for were not easy to achieve.
